JUDGMENT DELAYED

The Mandate and Writ of Execution the Courts Refuse to Honor

By Hebrew, servant and messenger of Elohim, ṣ́ëeḏ of Ad’am

Two years have passed since the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in my favor in 2023. This ruling—lawful, binding, and constitutional—was more than just a decision. It was a divine Mandate that affirmed both justice and truth in the face of systemic discrimination. Yet as of today, neither the United States District Court nor the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) have honored this ruling. They have refused to issue the Writ of Execution, a legal instrument intended to enforce the court’s judgment. Their silence is not neutrality—it is rebellion against righteousness and law.

This is not merely judicial delay. This is bias codified, a continuation of the same oppressive machinery that has targeted Hebrew Israelites—Black Americans—for centuries. Under the Trump administration and its followers, there has been an open effort to erase, distort, and suppress the identity and history of our people. Executive orders, school curriculum rollbacks, and anti-CRT legislation were not random acts; they were deliberate strikes against the memory of Israel in the land of bondage.

The attempt to delay this judgment is no surprise. But delay is not denial. For the Mandate of Heaven has already spoken. As it is prophesied, recorded, witnessed, and it is written:

“To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:”
Qôhelét (Ecclesiastes) 3:1

The time of our vindication is not in the hands of men but in the set time of Elohim. The Writ of Execution is not just a legal filing—it is a declaration of divine justice, the final act to fulfill the judgment already rendered.

Let it be known throughout America—throughout Tarshish—that Judgment Delayed is not Judgment Denied. The record of injustice has reached the heavens, and the time draws near when the courts of man will no longer be able to silence the voice of truth. Their refusal to act is written in their shame. But our obedience, our testimony, and our victory are written in the scroll of remembrance.

One1ness.
