🎵 Downloads Not Working

We’re truly sorry you’ve run into trouble accessing your book, album, or product download. That’s not the experience we want you to have — especially after supporting our work.

 

Let us know the product name and what’s happening when you try to download or open the file. We’ll re-upload the files or send them to you directly.

 

💡 ZIP or PDF files often require updated software or a desktop device — but we’ll help you step-by-step if needed.

🔐 I keep getting redirected to the Join page, but I already have a membership. What should I do?

This usually means your browser didn’t keep your login session. Please:

  1. Clear your browser cookies and cache (especially on iPhones – Safari → Settings → Clear Data).
  2. Log in again manually at thehebrewnation.us/login.
  3. If it still doesn’t work, try Chrome or Firefox on your phone.
🎥 The video won’t play or keeps buffering. What can I do?

This is often caused by a slow connection. Try:

  • Refreshing the page
  • Switching to Wi-Fi or a stronger signal
  • Using a different browser
📱 Something isn’t working on my iPhone or Android phone.

Mobile browsers sometimes block site cookies or scripts. Try these steps:

  • Disable Private Browsing mode
  • Clear your mobile browser cache
  • Switch to Chrome if using Safari
💳 How do I update my billing info or cancel my membership?

Go to our secure billing page at billing.thehebrewnation.us. There you can:

  • Update your card info
  • Download past invoices
  • Change or cancel your membership
🔑 I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

No worries. Just go to the login page and click "Forgot Password?" to receive a reset link.

If something on the site or in an email doesn’t seem to work — a link, button, video, or file — we’re grateful that you let us know. These things happen sometimes, but together we can fix them quickly.
