Across America, a pattern of abuse has surfaced — not just of people, but of truth, faith, and the law itself. The recent shocking video of Senator Alex Padilla, a sitting U.S. Senator of Mexican heritage, being thrown to the ground and handcuffed simply for asking a question, is a disturbing reminder that power in the wrong hands always fears truth.
But what the world is now witnessing on camera, we have lived for years in silence.
In August 2019, a Hebrew man in Houston, Texas — known simply as Hebrew — was removed from the cadet training program at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ), not for misconduct, but for keeping his Hebrew faith and honoring a sacred Nazarite vow found in the Yorah — Numbers 6:2.
While Senator Padilla was publicly humiliated for daring to speak, Hebrew was privately profiled, lined up against a prison wall, and illegally photographed like a criminal for simply refusing to cut his sacredlocks and beard. These were not safety violations. These were spiritual vows to the Creator Elohim.
Padilla was handcuffed for using his voice.
Hebrew was fired for honoring his vow.
Both men experienced racial and religious discrimination at the hands of government systems that claim to defend freedom — but violate it when it confronts their bias.
The similarities are chilling:
- Both men are men of color.
- Both stood firm for what is right.
- Both were silenced, mistreated, and targeted because they posed a threat to an unjust system.
Hebrew filed a civil rights lawsuit against TDCJ and, despite overwhelming evidence, the federal district court in Houston wrongfully dismissed his case. But just as Elohim delivered Moshe before Pharaoh, justice began to break forth when the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals reversed that decision in a unanimous 3-0 ruling on September 15, 2023.
The Court Ruled:
TDCJ terminated Hebrew only because of his Hebrew faith.

Now, just as the nation is witnessing the unjust handling of Senator Padilla, we say: see also Hebrew. His case is your case. His injustice is our injustice. His vow is our voice.
This is not about one man.
This is about a nation of righteous people being targeted because they refuse to bow.
America cannot continue to celebrate religious liberty while crushing it. Texas cannot claim justice while denying it. We demand that Hebrew’s case be seen alongside Senator Padilla’s — not as a coincidence, but as confirmation that something is spiritually wrong in this country.
This is a moment for every city, every state, and every soul to ask:
- Who are the righteous being targeted today?
- What happens when Elohim’s servants are mocked by the very institutions meant to protect them?
- How long will justice be selective and truth be silenced?
Senator Padilla’s voice was handcuffed.
Hebrew’s vow was fired.
But Elohim’s justice cannot be stopped.
July 10, 2025 — TDCJ must file their reply to the federal courts. And we will be watching. So should you.
Let the name of Hebrew and the faith of the Children of Israel be lifted, and let the world know:
You cannot handcuff righteousness.
You cannot fire the truth.
And you cannot stop Elohim.
One1ness.
