“He asked a question.” Compared to Hebrew case beginning August 2019, when he was illegally removed from the cadets in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) academy discriminatory disparate treatment. Hebrew was brought into the main office, where a sergeant with TDCJ lined him up against the wall Hebrew is still holding his classroom documents as the sergeant take bias and illegal mugshots of him as if he were a criminal who committed a crime. Hebrew detested boldly against the photos in his deposition with TDCJ representative of the Texas Attorney General’s attorney in his deposition:
“Attorney Heather And next paper its kinda blurry” …
“Hebrew: Yeah blurry…they did that on purpose, that looks like a monkey that don’t look nothing like me… let everybody see that, ya’ll see that…how they do the black man…there’s no way on earth that I look like that” …

The sergeant instructed that he was informed by his supervisor that he must leave TDCJ’s permeases immediately. Hebrew was fired because of his “Hebrew faith” Nazarite vow his long beard, and long sacredlocks — Number 6:2.
Hebrew immediately filed a claim against TDCJ with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EECO) in August 2019. This prosses was ineffective Hebrew filed a right to sue TDCJ with the Department of Justice (DOJ). His Right to Sue TDCJ was granted by the DOJ. Hebrew filed a Plaintiff Prosé lawsuit in United States District Houston Division Judge Daivd Hittner.
The Southern District Judge David Hittner with bias wrongfully dismissed Hebrews case. Thus, He filed an appeal with the 5th Cricut Court of Appeals September 20, 2022. September 15. 2023 I won the appeal. The 5th Cricut Court rules in an unprecedented and unanimous 3-0 decision in Hebrew favor.
The 5th Cricut Court identified TDCJ’s bias picture of Hebrew and affirmed the only reason TDCJ fired Hebrew was because of his Hebrew faith.
